Every wedding is different, and I always tailor what I offer to suit each couple. The options below give you a feel for what’s included.

Based in Manchester and covering weddings across Manchester, Cheshire, the rest of the North West, and the UK, as well as destination weddings abroad.
Consultation calls before the big day – including an initial chat and a pre-wedding planning call
All full day packages include coverage of morning prep, guests arriving, ceremony, confetti, group & couples photos, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, 1 hour of dancing & coverage of sparklers/fireworks (depending on time of year & timings of your day)
Groomsmen prep is also included. Depending on where you’ll both be getting ready and the amount of prep coverage you would like, a second photographer might be a good idea for at least part of the day
Professionally edited, high-resolution photos delivered in a private online gallery, ready to share with family and friends
A personalised wooden keepsake box containing prints and a USB of your full gallery (full day packages or as an add-on)
I also offer drone photos and video as standard in full day packages

Capturing your engagement or wedding with me

It all begins with a quick contact form — just a few details so I can get a feel for your plans and check availability. From there, we’ll arrange a relaxed chat to talk through your wedding day. I will help you with timelines for your day, discuss the kind of photos you’d love, plus any extras like a second photographer or videographer (which I can happily provide if needed).

Once you’re happy with everything, I’ll get you booked in, send over the paperwork, and that’s one big tick off your to-do list!

As the big day gets closer (usually a few months out), we can meet up in person or via a zoom call to go through all the finer details. If you have any venue contacts, do send them my way as I always like to coordinate with them ahead of the day and on the day, to make sure your day runs just as you’ve planned it.

I know no two weddings are the same, so I keep things flexible and easy-going. Whether you’ve got a clear plan or are still figuring things out, I’m here to support you every step of the way and provide a calm approach to help keep things stress-free.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between video highlights, full videography and a content creator?

Video highlights is a short professionally edited highlights video of your day, about 2 minutes long. It’s all recorded handheld on my camera, plus one other professional recording device/camera set up on a stand. Audio recordings of ceremony and or speeches is also possible and can be used as the audio on your final video. Video highlights is done by me and my second photographer, who is included if you opt for this.

Full videography is a much longer, cinematic video, lasting more like 20 minutes, capturing every detail of your day, and full coverage of your ceremony and speeches. It involves more equipment, with multiple cameras set up in different locations around each room/location. Full videography has to be done by a professional videographer/s, which I can of course help with as I work with several.

Content creators is purely phone content, lots of short clips of different parts of your day, edited together to create a reel that can be shared on social media and with your family and friends. It’s usually portrait orientation, where video is landscape, and phone quality rather than camera. I can also help with this and recommend people I regularly work with.

How far in advance should we book you?

I always recommend at least a year in advance for wedding dates which are May to September, as this is peak season. Of course I may have gaps and availability though so do always get in touch and I’ll check my diary for you.

Do you charge for travel?

Any venue within 1.5 hours of south Manchester is included. I am happy to travel anywhere, I just ask for petrol costs to be covered, and a hotel depending on timings of your day.

For destination weddings, I don’t charge for travel time, it’s just flight and accommodation to pay.

What would it be like, having you with us all day? How do you work?

Couples often tell me that having me at their wedding felt like having an extra family member — warm, calm and completely invested in their experience, and someone they feel totally at ease with after multiple calls and lots of getting to know each other. I go out of my way to ensure everything runs smoothly, and that you are your guests are relaxed and enjoying every moment. I blend into the background, gently directing as needed, and work with your venue and other suppliers to make sure your dream wedding plans unfold perfectly for you.

We don’t like having our photo’s taken. How do you capture emotion without making us feel awkward?

As a person I am naturally warm, chatty and intuitive, it’s like my superpower! By the time your wedding day arrives, we’ll already have had lots of chats and maybe a pre-wedding photoshoot too, so we’ll already have a good rapport, and I always ensure you’re relaxed and put at ease. No awkward posing, just natural moments shared and captured, even for couples photos. My goal is for you to feel fully present, not posed.
